My Story

 

I've always had a passion for healthy eating and fitness but as someone who has developed a sensitive stomach to many foods I have had to find alternatives. I love cooking and creating healthy recipes and have decided to share these as I sometimes find it hard to find "healthy" recipes that are actually healthy!

I'll try post the nutrition information when I can as I find sometimes "healthy" food can be high in calories and won't help if you are trying to lose weight.

​

I will note that I am not a nutritionist or dietician, I just have a keen interest in this subject and will do my best to educate and provide you with nutritious and healthy receipes.

Beliefs

 

I believe the key to a happy and healthy life is to...

- Exercise frequently and ensure its an activity you enjoy!

- Focus on eating whole foods and minimise processed foods

- Find ways to de-stress and live in the moment.
