Healthy Chocolate 3 ways
We all know how expensive vegan, dairy free, gluten free chocolate is... so here is an inexpensive easy recipe that is super easy to experiment with!
Base Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of Cacao
- 3 Tablespoons of Malt Syrup
- 1/2 cup of Coconut Oil
Method:
Mix Cacao, Coconut Oil and Malt Syrup together to get a smooth consistency. Pour into moulds or a baking dish.
Mix it Up:
1. Top with nuts or dried fruit or both!
2. Mix with 1.5 cups of coconut flakes (I recommend sea salt flavoured flakes).
3. Chop banana into slices and coat in the chocolate.
4. Pour the mixture into a dish and let it set. Top with peanut butter and add another layer ontop!
