I'd DATE you bread ;)

This gluten-free, low carb and dairy free bread is perfect for a guilt free snack or a quick breakfast on the run. Its super easy to make and uses minimal ingredients! Just don’t forget to soak your dates overnight first!

Ingredients:

1 Jar of Mayvers Cacao Super Spread 4 Eggs 1 Teaspoon of Bicarb Soda 1 Tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar 1 Cup of Pitted Medjool Dates (soaked overnight) Slivered Almonds

Method:

Soaking the Dates – You will need to pre-plan for this one and soak your dates overnight in a bowl with water just covering the dates. Once you have left this for 8+ hours, drain the water and they are ready to use.

Mix all ingredients (minus the almonds) into a bowl and using an electric mixer, mix on high until (semi) smooth. Pour the mixture into a bread mould (or try date muffins?) and add the silvered almonds ontop. You will then cook the bread at 160 degrees for about 40 – 50 minutes.
