LowCarb Protein Pancakes


Gluten Free. Dairy Free. Refined Sugar Free.

Ingredients:

- 1 Mashed Banana

- 1 Egg

- 2 Tbsp of Coconut Flour

- 1 Tbsp of Honey

- 1 Scoop of Protein Powder

- Mixed Berries & Coyo to garnish

Method:

1. Mix mashed banana, egg, coconut flour, honey and protein powder in a bowl until combined.

2. Roll a handful of mixture into a ball and the flatten into pan. Cook pancakes until browned on each side.

3. Microwave frozen berries until thawed, pour over pancakes and top with coconut yogurt.
