Tangy Chicken Salad
Ingredients:
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1/2 cup of Shredded Chicken
- 1/3 cup of Diced Cucumber
- 2 Tablespoons of Pickled Red Cabbage
- 1/3 cup of Cooked Mushrooms
- 1 cup of Lettuce
- 1 Teaspoon of Sesame Seeds
- Coconut Balsamic Vinegar (found in most health food stores)
Mix all ingredients together and dress with balsamic vinegar and sesame seeds.
