Healthy Nutella


Ingredients:

- 200 grams of Unsalted Roasted Hazelnuts *

- 2 Tbsp of Cacao

- 2 Tbsp of Coconut Sugar

- 4 Tbsp of Nut/Coconut Milk

- 20 Small Pitted Dates

Method:

Pour boiling water over the dates so they are just covered, leave for 10 minutes. Blend all ingredients (including the water). Depending on your blender/food processor it will require stopping and mixing or scraping down the sides, add more milk if needed.

* You can roast your own hazelnuts by putting them in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees. Then use a kitchen cloth to rub the skins off.
